This option is for firms that are purchasing ProTracker Advantage for the first time.

The number of user licenses you purchase determines the number of concurrent users allowed to access the program. You may purchase fewer licenses than people in your office, but they won't be able to access the program at the same time. You may purchase additional user licenses at any time.

Your license entitles you to software updates and unlimited customer support by email and phone during our business hours.

For your protection, e-commerce security restrictions limit orders to less than $5,000.  For orders over $5,000, please mail a check payable to "ProTracker Software, Inc.".

You may purchase additional user licenses at any time. The cost of each additional license will be prorated based upon the expiration date of your current license term so that all user licenses will expire concurrently.

You may drop licenses only as of your next renewal date. Contact us in advance of your renewal date to drop user licenses.Your license subscription will renew at the quantity in effect at the time of your renewal.

This option is for firms that are renewing a ProTracker Advantage subscription.

At the end of the first term, and for each term thereafter, a license renewal fee for each user license is required. The fee is determined by the number of users and the length of the term. If you do not renew your license, you will not be able to run the ProTracker Advantage program. However, you will still be able to access your database directly with tools such as Microsoft Access. Once you enroll in a ProTracker Advantage subscription, your license will automatically renew at the end of each term.

Unused license renewal fees are not refundable. This means that you may not drop users during a term. You may drop users effective upon your next renewal date by updating your subscription before the next term.

Updates to the software and unlimited customer support by email and phone are included in the cost.

You may download a free trial of ProTracker Advantage. It is a complete, fully-featured version of Advantage that is valid for thirty days. You may use the sample database we provide or create a new, empty database into which you enter information about your own clients.
