What is a webinar?
  A webinar is training conducted by desktop sharing via internet and telephone. You work at your own computer at the scheduled time.  We direct you to use the various features using training data.  You can ask questions during the session.
   
 
What is desktop sharing?
  You will be able to view any application that is running on the instructor’s desktop.   In some cases, the instructor will allow a participant to show the application running on his/her desktop.
   
 
What vendor do you use for desktop sharing?
  We use GoToMeeting from Citrix Online.  When you join a session, Citrix provides an applet that you download and install on your desktop.  At the end of the session, the applet is removed from your system automatically.  Citrix provides high security.  
   
 
When are training modules scheduled?

How far in advance should I enroll?
  We recommend that you enroll one week ahead.  We accept registrations through the ProTracker Software web site up to 24 hours before the session as long as there is space available.
   
 
May I ask questions?
  Questions are always welcome. The instructor will manage the questions to be sure that all of the material is covered during each session.
   
 
May I use a speakerphone during a webinar?
  Participants can use speakerphones.  However, speaker phones pick up keyboard clicks and other extraneous office noises that may cause distractions to other training participants. For this reason, ProTracker reserves the right to ask a participant to mute their speaker phone if necessary.
   
 
How much does a webinar cost?
  $100 per module per call into our telephone conference center.  Ask for a price on one or more custom-designed modules for your firm.
   
 
Cancellation Policy:
  ProTracker Software reserves the right to cancel training modules if not enough students are enrolled, or if inclement weather in New Hampshire makes travel for our training staff unsafe. When a module is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or a weather cancellation, your fee will be credited to another class at your discretion or refunded in full.
   
 
No Show Policy:
  If you are unable to attend, you must contact us by phone at least two hours prior to the beginning of a session. Your payment will either be credited or refunded. If you do not contact us in advance, we cannot refund or credit your fee.
   
 
Late Attendance:
  If a student is not present for the roll call at the beginning of the training session, the student will be marked as absent from that course. Please see No Show Policy above.
   
 
How do I sign up for a webinar?
  From the Training Schedule, select a module, and click Register.  After logging in, enter your credit card information.  Our website is secure.  You will receive an immediate confirmation email that your registration is processed.  A day or so before the session, you will receive an email from the instructor with directions on how to connect to the Internet and the telephone conference center.
   
 
What data do I use for a webinar?
  We will provide a training database.
