You can access our comprehensive Online Help 24/7.  Press F1 from any screen to obtain Help that is included with ProTracker Advantage®. Each Help article has been written from a practice management perspective and covers every field on every screen. 

There are helpful practice management Overviews of topics such as: How to meet regulatory requirements for email and other correspondence, how to manage Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) calculations, how to track withdrawals for inherited assets in addition to those owned by clients over 70-1/2, and how to set up group mailings.
