ProTracker Software, Inc. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data and information about our customers, including prospective customers. This Notice informs you of our practices, including the types of information that we collect, how the information is used, with whom the information is shared, and how we safeguard your data and information.

Data and Information Collected

ProTracker Software, Inc., must collect certain nonpublic personal information and other data about its customers and their clients to provide software products and services. The information that we gather during the normal course of business may include:

Nonpublic personal information we receive from you or your representatives on applications or other forms, including the www.protracker.com web site;
Information about your financial transactions with us;
Data that you provide to us for conversion;
Data and information that we receive from you in order to provide support for ProTracker products and services.

Uses of Data and Information

We use your data and nonpublic personal information to process your transactions and support your company’s use of our software.

Sharing of Data and Information

We will not sell or give your nonpublic personal information, financial information, or client data to third parties.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our prospects, customers, or their clients to anyone, except as required by law, or as necessary to provide services to you.

In accordance with Section 248.13 of Regulation S-P, we may share the nonpublic personal information we collect, as described above, to certain nonaffiliated third parties such as government agencies and persons or entities that are assessing our compliance with industry regulations. We enter into contractual agreements with all nonaffiliated third parties that prohibit such third parties from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we disclose the information.

Confidentiality and Security of Data and Information

We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know the information to provide products or services to you.

We will retain nonpublic personal information for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided, to maintain a record of communications with you, or as required by applicable law.

We routinely delete data that you provide to us for troubleshooting purposes, so you should not consider us an offsite backup facility.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information and database information on your clients.
