ProTracker Software exhibited at the 2010 Technology Tools for Today Conference that was held at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines (San Diego) Hotel from February 18-20, 2010. Warren Mackensen & Barbara Hoffmann met many customers and spoke with numerous advisors interested in ProTracker Software's products.

Much of the discussion was related to the recently-announced ProTracker Cloud mobile office solution that permits customers to access their office from anywhere in the world over the Internet.

Additional discussions related to ProTracker's recent Compliance Manual upgrade that now includes an information security program section that meets the stringent Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00 requirements.

Warren Mackensen presented a 30-minute information security program (ISP) segment as part of a panel discussion at the 2010 Technology Tools for Today Conference. The three-day conference was held at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines Hotel and was moderated by well-known technology writer Joel Bruckenstein. Joel cited the stringent Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00 information security program requirements as a likely model for the rest of the nation.

ProTracker Software president, Warren Mackensen, was featured on WMUR-TV’s NH Business Report relative to the information security program (ISP) that ProTracker offers to meet the stringent Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00 requirements. The discussion with host Fred Kocher pointed out the importance of encrypting emails and email attachments, as well as having a written Information Security Program (also known as a WISP).

ProTracker Software exhibited at the FPA regional Technology Conference, held at the MetLife Conference Center in Long Island City. Warren Mackensen & Don Flynn met several customers and spoke with many advisors interested in ProTracker Software’s products. The recent changes to the Form ADV2 into “plain English” format, as well as the concept off hosted office solutions such as ProTracker Cloud, were among the main discussion topics. Warren Mackensen also gave presentations relating to these areas of interest to advisors.
